Job description
ROHM Semiconductor is seeking rock stars for our immediate openings as Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists and providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Order management Delivery/logistics coordination Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Support internal teams by escalating complex issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions Keywords: technical support, customer service, order management, logistics, communication, problem-solving, customer satisfaction
