Job Description Hours of work: Saturday 9:30am - 5pm Sunday 10:30am - 4pm What Will You Be Doing? We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include: Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications. Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries. Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns. Supporting administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
