We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include: Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications. Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries. Proactively addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Providing excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
