Job Description Te kaupapa o te tūranga – About the role Hours of work: Saturday 10:00am - 3:30pm Sunday 11:00am - 3:30pm What Will You Be Doing? We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include: Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications. Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries. Proactively addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner. Providing excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. What Do You Need to Bring? A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
