We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include: Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit sales; Providing excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable; Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently; Maintaining a clean and organized workspace; Working effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
