We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include: Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications. Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries. Proactively addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Providing excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
