Your Tasks:
- You are our ambassador at our customer entrance.
- You are the first point of contact for all matters regarding our customers in the wholesale market.
- You create a pleasant shopping atmosphere for our customers with your friendly approach.
- You answer questions from our customers via phone and personally at the entrance.
- You handle administrative tasks such as registering new customers and updating customer data.
- You take complaints and defective goods and process them according to internal guidelines.
