Industry experience since 1984
Task: Complete order processing from receipt to dispatch and invoicing for various countries 
Preparation of export documents and accompanying papers for hazardous goods 
Logistical processing (disposition truck / ship / airplane) 
Customer service via phone and email in English language
Processing of complaints
Factual and personal requirements: Successfully completed training in the commercial field
Ideal candidate with some years of experience in wholesale and foreign trade
Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
Safe knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
Knowledge in the area of export (customs)
