We are looking for a friendly and motivated person to take on tasks - Responsibility for the entire order processing of the region «West Switzerland» in our internal case management system - Close cooperation with two team members from the Sales department of West Switzerland and Key Account Management - Support in creating offers up to project development for our national customers and wholesalers, in collaboration with the BID & Design (Pre-Sales) Team - Responsibility for technical clarifications and setting up articles from our third-party suppliers - Responsibility for invoicing in the relevant area - Processing of delay management (delivery delay process) - Coordination office between customer, Sales, Operations, and Logistics - Verbal and written contact with our sister companies in Europe - Handling of complaints and service orders (order notes) in close cooperation with our After-Sales Team - Profile: At least 5 years of professional experience in Customer Service / Customer Service - Exceptional French language skills (C1 level) as well as fluent German and English language skills - Commercial education or further training - Open and communicative nature with a goal-oriented and self-reliant working style - Customer-oriented thinking and acting - Good and proficient MS-Office skills - You bring an engaged and flexible personality and possess a «Hands-on» mentality - You are proactive, team-oriented, trustworthy, and contribute significantly to the best possible customer care through your engagement.
