Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential customers. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is eager to gain experience in sales, communication, and business development. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to advance quickly within the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our energy solutions.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with potential customers.
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals.

Requirements

• Strong Fluent English Skills (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Personal computer with a webcam and headset
• Access to high speed reliable internet and a quit place to work
• Work a fulltime schedule M-F, 1pm-8pm Pacific with optional overtime on Saturdays

This is a full-time freelance role with a base pay of $200 weekly + progressive commissions based on appointments set from your transfers. We also run regular contests and offer performance-based prizes. Our Openers are currently making around $400 weekly with commissions, with top performers making more than that!

That’s US Dollars! Converted to pesos, that's $4,000 MXN on the low end to $7,500+ MXN per week, depending on the current exchange rate!
