Customer Service Representative â Hotel Reservations (Remote)
About the Role:
Assist clients with booking, updating, and managing hotel reservations while delivering exceptional customer serviceâall from your home office.
- Help clients choose and book hotel accommodations
- Provide details on amenities, pricing, and availability
- Manage reservation changes and maintain accurate records
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
