If you’ve got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you!
We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm).
What the role involves:
- Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
- Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
- Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
- Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
- Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base
