Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you proactively monitor the progress of customer assignments at our water lab. You find the customer an informative partner with affinity for analyses, so they can receive advice on problems or deviations, for example. They can also turn to you with their logistical and administrative questions. This means that you must be able to make quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction. When we execute a customer assignment, you keep the customer proactively informed about progress and ensure that analysis results are delivered according to quality standards. You respond to the customer's business needs and build a sustainable partnership relationship. If problems arise, you signal them, discuss deviations with relevant departments, and ensure that the final result is evaluated for accuracy.
