About the Role
We are looking for an advisor who will support the daily operations of maritime (Ocean) and air (Air) import and export.
Responsibilities
- Create and update shipments in operating systems, including CargoWise and TMS platforms.
- Validate shipment documentation and ensure compliance with processes.
- Track shipment milestones and maintain updated tracking information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Provide shipment updates and operational support to clients and stakeholders.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields.
- Advanced conversational English
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, or administrative operations.
- Knowledge of maritime and air import and export operations.
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented and good communication skills.
- Familiarity with Incoterms.
- Experience with CargoWise or other similar logistics systems.
