We are looking for a motivated and communicative Customer Service Representative who is responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
