Job description
We are looking for an individual with great customer service skills for one of the main supplemental benefits companies in the nation for over 65 years! The Company is expanding in our territories and we are in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals. Responsibilities: Helping customers by providing product and service information Answer customer questions regarding their coverage Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Regularly update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of customer service experience or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
