Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales administration. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage). German and English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level. Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Problem-solving skills and experience in complaint handling. Accuracy, attention to detail, and good work organization.
