**Job Description:**
The selected person, in contact with colleagues from the Customer Services office, will handle anomalies and check inventories following a complaint or a request made by the customer.
Work mainly in back office, carried out on internal management software and in relation to the adjacent warehouse, to support the staff that follows the arrangement of the vehicles for deliveries.
Part of the task will be to follow the order invoicing and stapling process, managing anomalies (after reporting by the customer service office in contact with the customer), carrying out its role from an office located inside the warehouse.
Requirements:
- high school diploma;
- preferable experience in the Transport sector or in warehouse clerk activities;
- basic knowledge of English (B2);
- good command of the main IT tools;
- communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
- working hours as per company organization
- availability for any overtime, when requested
