Customer Service Officer

As Sales Support Employee, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order process. We are looking for someone with experience in the order process who works accurately, is customer-oriented and likes to work together with other departments.

Order Process:

• You receive customer orders and processes these timely, correctly and completely in SAP.
• You analyze the orders carefully and collects all necessary information for optimal planning and timely delivery to our customers.
• You maintain regular contact with customers and internal departments (such as procurement, production and distribution center) to ensure efficient order processing.
• You follow up daily on ongoing orders and anticipate proactively on possible problems.
• You serves as a point of contact for customers regarding complaints or questions about their order.
• You reports to the Customer Service Manager.
