Your Tasks
• Processing and handling customer orders
• Processing complaints and returns
• Telephone customer service for B2B and D2C customers
• Supporting and participating in trade shows and events
Your Profile
• Experience in customer service, including knowledge of sales processes, would be advantageous
• Beauty affinity and interest in current trends in the cosmetics or beauty industry
• Precise, independent, and reliable working style, as well as high customer- and service-orientedness
• Teamwork and communication skills – both verbally and written
• Very good self-organization and ability to prioritize well
