Job description
We are looking for a customer service representative for our client, a worldwide operating company in the outdoor clothing industry. For the location Munich, we are seeking a candidate to start as soon as possible.
Customer Service Agents Polish + German + English (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Prompt processing of incoming inquiries
- Reminders, credit notes processing, complaint handling
- Answering customer and dealer inquiries within the scope of order acceptance
- Counseling on our own product line in B2B
- Collaboration with sales representatives + general administrative tasks, maintenance of customer data
- Support for special projects (special actions, mailings, trade show preparation, etc.)
Qualification
- High service mentality - also welcome to those who are not directly related to the field
- Fluent German skills, good English skills + another foreign language (Italian or French)
- Experience in dealing with customers personally or by phone
- Communicative, eloquent, customer-oriented
