Job description
Our client is a globally active company in the assistance sector. For the
Munich location, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent on behalf of our client as soon as possible
Customer Service Agents Italian + German + English (m/f/d)
alternatively: French or Portuguese + German + English
Responsibilities
- Answering, processing, and forwarding emergency calls and service messages by telephone
- Organizing assistance services for accident victims using the IT service provider network
- Coordinating damage reports, validating insurance validity, and receiving customer complaints
- Advising customers on service matters in the event of a claim
- Maintaining all relevant data in the CRM system
- Corresponding with insurance companies, workshops, and other service providers
- General administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High service mentality - career changers are also welcome
- Fluent German, good English skills + an additional foreign language (Italian or French or Portuguese)
- Experience in dealing with customers in person or by telephone
- Strong communication skills, articulate, customer-oriented
