Our client is a globally active company in the assistance sector. For the
Munich location, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent on behalf of our client as soon as possible

Customer Service Agents Italian + German + English (m/f/d)

alternatively: French or Portuguese + German + English

Responsibilities

Answering, processing, and forwarding emergency calls and service messages by telephone
Organizing assistance services for accident victims using the IT service provider network
Coordinating damage reports, validating insurance validity, and receiving customer complaints
Advising customers on service matters in the event of a claim
Maintaining all relevant data in the CRM system
Corresponding with insurance companies, workshops, and other service providers
General administrative tasks

Qualifications

High service mentality - career changers are also welcome
Fluent German, good English skills + an additional foreign language (Italian or French or Portuguese)
Experience in dealing with customers in person or by telephone
Strong communication skills, articulate, customer-oriented
