Customer Service & Merchandise Manager (m/w/d)

You'll Be Doing This at Our Company – Your Job:

• Customer Support: You will independently, service-oriented, professionally, and with full overview support our wholesale and key account customers.
• Order Management: You will take over order and complaint management including delivery monitoring and ensure optimal inventory supply considering limit plans.
• Performance Optimization: You will test orders and assortment performance, implement concrete measures, and consistently put them into effect.
• Merchandise & Replenishment Support: You will support operational merchandise management & replenishment to ensure optimal inventory control on the sales floors of our customers.
• Teamwork & Coordination: You will closely coordinate with area sales managers, agencies, and internal departments and ensure a smooth information flow.

• You have successfully completed your studies, ideally in the field of business administration, business management, or comparable.
• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in customer service and inventory management, ideally in the fashion sector.
• Ideal would be additional understanding of sales processes or first experience in key account management.
• You are confident in handling Microsoft Excel.
