Customer Service Employee

For the vacancy of Customer Service Employee at our client, you will be responsible for the following package of tasks:

• You are responsible for contact with your customer portfolio and the planning department
• You work closely with about 3 direct colleagues and act as a backup for each other
• You correctly enter the necessary data into the ERP system and complete your administrative tasks
• You answer customer emails and phone calls and proactively think of a suitable solution
• In case of errors, you will check yourself in the warehouse whether your products have actually departed

• You have a first positive experience with customer contact
• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch, English, and preferably also French
• You are customer-oriented and enjoy solving problems
• You can handle Microsoft Office well and an ERP system does not scare you
