Customer Service Representative

Function As Customer Service Representative in Bornem, you are the first point of contact for our larger clients. You build a strong commercial relationship with them and respond to their specific needs. Your tasks include: Accepting and processing orders, forwarding these to operations and proactively following up. Preparing performance reports and seeking the best possible solution for customer and company. Ad hoc pricing and actively contributing to up- and cross-selling. Leads do not hesitate to contact you for any questions or concerns. You are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction. Your work will be characterized by a strong focus on customer orientation, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in your interactions with clients.
