Aufgaben

• You lead demo calls through, actively listening to the needs of our customers in the e-commerce and SaaS sector, and provide suitable solutions.
• You process support tickets independently and find quick, customer-oriented solutions.
• You present, sell, and implement our cloud integration solutions in online meetings – practically and understandably.
• You work closely with our onboarding & automation team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously develop our solutions.
• You create content such as blog articles, templates, or help pages independently and actively support the implementation of our KI- & content strategy.

Qualifikation

• You bring experience in the field of financial or accounting bookkeeping – or have a good understanding of tax-related processes.
• You have experience in direct customer contact – ideally in the SaaS environment, and bring an outstanding sense of customers' needs with you.
• You understand how to define realistic goals and KPIs, track them, and achieve them – both for yourself and in collaboration with your team.
• You communicate securely on German and English – written and spoken.
• You are comfortable working with common tools like Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems.
