Job description
Handling all customers enquiries via phone call and online chat. Concurrently, actively involve and assist Global Solution team in all the marketing project.
Responsibilities：
- Handle all enquiries via phone call and online chat；
- Participate in business development and marketing project；
- Knowledge of Internet and social media marketing advantageous；
- Maintain and expend the activities of social media marketing channel；
- Required to work shift and work oeverseas when necessary。
Qualifications：
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience；
- 2-3 year Client Services and Internet Marketing Experience；
- Fluent Chinese and English, in both writing and speaker。
