Your Position

• Taking service requests from our customers as well as structured recording in internal systems
• Analyzing detailed concerns, clarifying responsibilities, and efficient forwarding to relevant departments
• Solving technical questions independently in First-Level-Support and supporting the use of our systems
• Competent guidance of our customers with service-oriented solution approaches
• Careful documentation of all relevant information in the CRM system for transparent tracking

Your Profile

• Good technical understanding with secure application in daily work
• Completed technical education or comparable qualification
• Ideal experience in the field of Photovoltaics, Heat Pumps, or related technical areas
• Safe handling of CRM systems as a fixed part of professional working style
• Structured working approach, strong communication skills, and a strong service mindset
