You are the reliable voice that leaves no question open in everyday life. And because you have AI by your side, you can also solve tricky cases yourself, instead of passing them on.

What you do

• You are the first point of contact for our partners, by phone, chat and email, and ensure that no one feels left alone.
• You don't just answer simple questions. With Ai at your side, you work your way into more complex topics and solve them yourself.
• What is really deeply technical, you document neatly, pass it on to our development team, and keep the partner informed.
• You recognize recurring questions and help eliminate them once and for all, perhaps with short instructions or a collection of frequently asked questions.

What you earn

• 46,000 € fixed salary on a full-time basis.
• Satisfaction bonus that clearly rewards good work. If your partners are consistently satisfied, you'll come to around 52,000 € per year. At our company, good service pays off.
• Prefers full-time. Part-time from 4 days a week is possible.
• Nationwide from home office.

You don't have to come from the green industry. But you want to get to know it. Tree care has its own language and a surprisingly great community. Our partners will take you with them if you show genuine curiosity. Just one thing beforehand: This is not a short-term stopover. It takes real immersion and time.

Leitmesse in Augsburg

Once a year, the entire industry meets at the Leitmesse in Augsburg (end of April). We'll be there with our large stand, and we want everyone on the team to be there. Travel readiness to that location is what we expect. This year, we were already at the start. Will you be there next time?
