Your Position

• You are responsible for receiving and processing customer inquiries, especially (via ticketing system, phone, email, or other communication channels)
• You provide expert support and solutions for customer problems or concerns
• You process and/or coordinate complaints and actively seek solutions
• You communicate processes in a solution-oriented manner with all involved trades
• You are the liaison to our order management

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training or have professional experience in customer service, service center, technical support, or similar areas
• You are well-organized and have the ability to handle tasks concurrently
• You empathetically receive customer concerns and process them in a solution-oriented manner
• You have good knowledge of common MS Office applications and a quick grasp of digital processes
• You enjoy working in a team and can collaborate effectively with other departments
