LHH For a client company that develops and commercializes molecular diagnostic tests, we are looking for a Customer service full remote Appartenente alle categorie protette L.68/99 art.1. Responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to: - · Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures, demonstrating excellent data entry skills to review, quickly and accurately insert orders into SAP and monitor EDI and e-commerce order processing. - Analyze and resolve any price discrepancies in the order management process, ensuring timely delivery of the same. - · Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and dispute resolution, working closely with the Accounts Receivable team. Support resolving issues related to EDI invoicing. - Support Tender & Contracts activities, including collaborating on preparing bids when required. Insert service and rental contracts into SAP, follow up on expiring contracts with the Sales team, and maintain an updated and accurate contract repository on SFDC Profile Will be considered figures possessing the following requirements: - Certificate of belonging to protected categories L.68/99 art.1 - At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales. - Good knowledge of English (B2 level). - Having experience with systems such as SAP and EDI, as well as CRM systems like SFDC is a preferred title - Excellent relational skills, problem-solving, and customer orientation.
