Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and support in the supply chain industry. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and any issues. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to address customer issues and resolve problems. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Process customer orders and ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the supply chain industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
