Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the supply chain process of procurement, inventory control, logistics shipping and distribution • Manage planning and forecasting activities • Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials/stock with suppliers and the sales team • Responsible for processing and management of purchase Orders to manufacturers/suppliers, follow-up on shipments schedules and inventories control. • Being the point of contact for all supply chain-related issues and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs • Analyze and interpret data to inform supply chain decisions • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal customers.
