Customer Service Executive

Responsible for providing sales support and handling order management cycle for existing accounts. The responsibilities will include following up for the orders, providing order acknowledgement to the customers, Raising Purchase requisition, arranging shipments for the customers, following up for the payment and liaising with the team members and internal stakeholders in Singapore. Provide excellent customer service and prompt response to customer queries. Be an integral part of the team and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales support or order management, preferably in a similar industry.
