Job description
You will be part of the Customer Experience team and your objective will be to support our users by providing a unique and spectacular service, always striving for perfection so that our users can live the Kolors experience.
What you'll do ...
- Provide service and follow-up to our users via Chat.
- Solve each of the requests. Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards.
- Achieve and meet metrics together with the team. Generate unique service experiences, exceeding user expectations.
- Elite user support tasks.
- Provide alternative solution options to doubts, complaints or clarifications about our services.
- Chat attention via email, WhatsApp, Slack, and other platforms.
