- Making accommodation reservations and confirming details
- Processing payments
- Updating and maintaining customer details on their database
- Assisting with complaints and ensuring matters are resolved
- Other duties as required

- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to learn quickly as well as a proactive manner
