As a customer service employee, you are responsible for structured and efficient support of the organization, with a focus on planning and contract follow-up:

• You monitor schedules and ensure that deadlines and agreements are correctly followed up;
• You meticulously follow up on contracts and always maintain an overview;
• Thanks to your analytical insight and problem-solving skills, you work proactively and independently;
• You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English;
• You enjoy working with colleagues to provide optimal service to customers.
