MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB Duties and responsibilities include developing and implementing customer service strategies to ensure exceptional customer experiences; providing expert advice on product offerings, promotions, and loyalty programs; building strong relationships with customers through personalized communication; identifying and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner; collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
