From the RAS Recruiting division, specialized in direct selection, we accompany you in the search for your new professional challenge. We are currently selecting a CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NATIVE FRENCH to join a leading company in sustainable wood manufacturing, in the VALLÉS ORIENTAL area.

Your mission will be key: to ensure excellent administrative management and customer service for the French market, accompanying them throughout their entire relationship with empathy and commercial vision.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Manage quotes, orders, invoices, and administrative documentation.

• Attend to and advise clients from the French market, offering a close and personalized service.

• Support in acquiring new clients and in product presentation.

• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure punctual and quality deliveries.

• Keep commercial information updated in the CRM.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Native French (essential requirement).

• Good command of Office tools. Experience with CRM will be valued.

• Communication skills, customer orientation, and commercial aptitude.

• Organizational skills, initiative, and eagerness to learn.

  No previous experience or specific training is required: your attitude is what matters most.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

• Permanent contract with direct incorporation into the company.

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and intensive Fridays.

• Hybrid modality (combining office and remote work).

• Competitive salary in line with your experience - €25K - €30K
