CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH FLUENT GERMAN

Our client, a renowned manufacturing company in the Luganese region, has entrusted us with selecting a CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH FLUENT GERMAN to strengthen their organizational structure. The resource will be responsible for managing all German-speaking clients, providing technical-commercial support, and supervising the entire order cycle, closely coordinating with production, planning, and logistics. The resource must necessarily come from contexts operating in one of the following sectors: - Furniture making - Glass - Ceramics Main responsibilities · Manage contacts with German-speaking clients (phone calls, emails, dedicated platforms) · Support clients pre- and post-sale: product information, materials, technical specifications, and availability · Enter, update, and monitor orders within the ERP system · Analyze technical requests and orders, ensuring precise and professional responses · Collaborate daily with internal departments (production, planning, logistics, quality, technical office) to ensure correct order fulfillment · Manage any complaints, returns, or post-sale issues, proposing effective solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels · Prepare estimates, commercial offers, and supporting documentation · Participate in activities aimed at improving customer service processes and creating internal procedures Requirements of the candidate · Commercial or technical training · Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in Customer Service or internal commercial roles · Ties to the sectors of furniture making, glass, ceramics, or related fields · Good reading and comprehension skills for technical sheets and materials · Familiarity with production processes in the context of furniture making, glass, or ceramics · Knowledge of ERP systems Fundamental for filling this role is fluent knowledge of German (C1). Additionally, knowledge of Italian and English is required. Completing the picture are excellent communication and relational skills with a strong customer orientation.
