Ensure a positive and joyful shopping experience for all visitors and customers of IKEA. This includes particularly:

• Ensure that our department is quick and efficient for our customers, and profitable for the IKEA store
• Ensure that customer problems are handled efficiently and with empathy.
• Work actively in fulfilling the four tasks of the store.
