Your tasks - You handle customer inquiries competently by phone and email and find solution-oriented answers ? even for complaints - You work closely with other teams to ensure smooth internal coordination - You record and document customer requests and processes reliably in the CRM system - You prepare billing data and create independent invoices for our customers

Your profile - Completed commercial training - First professional experience in customer service ? ideally in logistics - Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a self-reliant, structured work style - Excellent German language skills and good French language skills - Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel - Numerical affinity, sense of responsibility, and a high level of service orientation round out your profile
