Customer Service & Order Management / Custom Manufacturing (m/f/d)

This is Your Area of Responsibility

You ensure that patient-specific custom products reliably find their way from inquiry to delivery. You will coordinate sales, production, and production planning, keep an eye on deadlines and orders, and ensure that all information is in the right place at the right time.

• Coordination of the complete process for patient-specific custom products: Responding to inquiries, accepting and processing order data in our ERP system, as well as creating case-specific documents, price calculations, and generating quotations
• Order Management: Processing and tracking customer orders from inquiry to delivery, including invoicing and returns processing
• Interface Coordination: Managing and coordinating between Sales, Production, and Production Planning to ensure a smooth flow of information
• Planning and Processes: Deadline and capacity planning (coordinating delivery dates, managing and monitoring delivery times), tracking order progress, and proactively informing customers and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations/ad hoc problems
• Close collaboration with sales partners nationally and internationally, with technical staff, cross-departmental communication within the company, and support with operational matters

• Education and Professional Experience
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and at least 5 years of professional experience in order management, administrative support, or in an organizational role with a commercial background
• Expertise
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs and experience using ERP systems
• Work Style & Motivation
  • Structured, results-oriented, and team-oriented work style, ability to maintain an overview in dynamic situations
  • Very good and confident communication in German and English, additional language skills are welcome, as well as very good communicative and service-oriented skills, high degree of initiative, commitment, and sense of responsibility
  • Independent structured work, overview even with complex orders, confident and customer-oriented demeanor
