Join Our Customer Service Team!

Are you outgoing and love working with people? Do you have experience in a customer-facing role like retail or hospitality? If so, we want you on our team!

We're looking for friendly individuals with a positive attitude to fill various hospitality/customer service roles at our PYO strawberry farm. Whether you're working in our cafe, making real fruit ice cream, helping customers in our pick-your-own strawberry fields or assisting in our adventure park, we have a spot for you!

We provide full training to ensure you're confident and ready to deliver the best experience to our visitors.

We have casual hours available to support our team over the busy summer period. We require full availability over Labour Weekend and across the Christmas/New Year Period, meaning you are not away from the Auckland area between 25th-27th October or 22nd December - 4th January (we are closed on Christmas Day).

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 years experience in a hospitality customer-facing position
• Candidates with experience of being a Barista, Bus Driver, Kitchen Hand or operating till systems with EFTPOS/Credit Card Payments should state this in their application
• A friendly, outgoing personality
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
• Happy to work in an outdoor environment
• Able to commit to work until the beginning of February
