To sustainably drive our growth and bind our customers long-term, we are looking for a structured, service-oriented personality for our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Agent (m/w/d), you will strengthen the trust of our customers, ensure high-quality service, and recognize recurring requests to continuously develop and scale our support. Your claim: not just solving tickets - but making customer service scalable better.

Your Mission

• You are the first point of contact for our B2C customers and handle incoming inquiries on Onboarding, contract, and technical topics in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You ensure consistently high-quality service and provide empathetic, trustworthy customer experience.
• You recognize recurring questions, document them systematically, and pass on relevant insights to internal interfaces to continuously improve our processes.
• You work closely with other teams (e.g. Operations, Sales, and Product) together to quickly and sustainably solve customer requests.
• You take responsibility for your service KPIs (e.g. response time, solution rate, customer satisfaction) and ensure their compliance.

Your Talent

• You bring 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support, ideally in a technology-driven or rapidly growing environment.
• You maintain control even with high volumes of requests, set clear priorities, and deliver consistently precise, high-quality solutions.
• You communicate clearly, persuasively, and empathetically - both written and verbally.
• You think solution-oriented and take responsibility for clean, transparent case handling.
• You are open to the use of AI and automation tools to increase efficiency in support daily life.
• You possess fluent German language skills on C2 level in writing and speaking as well as English language skills on B2 level.
• You possess a secure handling of tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace.
