Tasks

• Telephone support for German- and English-speaking colleagues on various topics
• Conducting internal system tests
• Cross-functional collaboration and participation in internal company events
• Contact with customers via incoming channels such as chat and email
• Handling complaints

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector with experience in customer service or comparable professional experience
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English – additional languages are an asset
• You are self-reliant, reliable, customer- and goal-oriented
• You enjoy direct contact and dealing with people
