Meridian Wine Distribution, a trusted leader in the liquor industry, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Agent to join their dynamic team. This position is based in Brackenfell, Cape Town and is for a well-known wine company renowned for delivering premium products and exceptional service. Responsibilities Include: Daily Order Check Ensure telephones are manned effectively and calls are answered with correct telephone etiquette. Attend to all customer queries relating to orders Communicate with Sales Representatives on order updates and general order requirements. Resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Track record of over-achieving quota. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school degree. Benefits: Competitive Salary.
