For our team at the Essen location, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent France (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time, effective immediately.

We consistently rely on Working from Office. Responsibilities

• As a brand ambassador, you will look after our French customers & take over customer service for the French market
• You will advise our French customers by phone & email on how they can best utilize the possibilities of TruckScout24
• You will offer our existing French customers customer & service orientation at all times
• In cooperation with French customers, you will develop individual solutions for various complications

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in business, humanities, a language course, or similar, or are about to graduate
• You are communicative & possess strong customer & service orientation
• You are ambitious & work both independently and in a team
• You have a high affinity for digital business models & are proficient in using Microsoft Office
• You speak French fluently & your German & English skills are very good in written and spoken form
