Customer Service Agent - FlixBus in Vollzeit (m/w/d)

As a customer service representative at Flix, you can make a difference by providing our passengers at the Hannover location with a seamless and supportive travel experience – from ticketing to check-in.

About the Role

• Serve our customers and passengers friendly and competently in the FlixShop in Hannover
• Sell tickets and inform about the Flix offer
• Ensure a smooth process before bus departures
• Coordinate actively passengers and support at check-in
• Distribute information materials like flyers and magazines to our buses
• Shape actively a positive customer experience on site
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes

About You

• Available for a full-time position (40 hours / week) 
• Ideal candidate has already experience in customer service, retail, at the airport, or in similar fields gathered
• Good German language skills bring you already with, first English language skills are also an advantage
• PC, Internet, and E-Mail communication you handle confidently and routine
• As a service-oriented and communicative person you always present yourself well
• Above all in stressful moments you maintain calm and overview
