Customer Service Agent - dentolo (all genders) - remote

To further advance digital health protection and give even more people access to meaningful preventive care, we are expanding our customer service team for our product dentolo (brand for supplementary dental insurance). Therefore, we are looking for an empathetic Customer Service Agent (all genders) with a weekly working time (Monday to Friday) of (exclusively) 40 hours, effective immediately. Ideally, your place of residence should be in the Berlin/Brandenburg area – if this is not the case, you are still very welcome to apply (home office possible)!

Your Role in Our Team

• Customer Communication: Handling inquiries via inbound and outbound telephony, email, and chat.

• Customer Support: As the first point of contact, you will be there for our customers with their questions. With your product expertise, you will help existing customers answer their needs and inquiries about their supplementary dental insurance.

• Knowledge Management: You will support the development and further enhancement of our digital knowledge base.

• Process Optimization and Automation: You will make an important contribution to the improvement and optimization of our processes and the customer journey in the Customer Success area.

Your Profile

• Experience in Customer Support: You already have experience in customer service or similar areas with customer contact.
• Organizational Talent and Teamwork: You possess organizational and communication skills. Your team spirit, combined with your flexibility, makes you a valuable asset. You bring not only open-mindedness and motivation but also the will to actively participate in shaping a dynamic company.
• Dental Knowledge: Prior dental knowledge is an advantage.
• Interest in Insurance Topics: You have a curiosity for the insurance sector or are willing to learn in this field.
• MS Office Skills: Ideally, you have expertise in MS Office applications.
• Language Proficiency in the Work Environment: You have excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) in spoken and written form. Additionally, you possess fluent English language skills.
